When the price of BXC is higher than $1.05, the contract will mint BXC and distribute it to BXS pledge users; when the price of BXC is lower than $0.95, users can buy it at a discount BXB, when the price of BXC returns to $1.05, the ratio is 1:1 to buy BXC to get benefits.
