CertiK (CTK) launched in October 2020. In September 2021, it will be upgraded and renamed Shentu Chain Token (CTK).
Shentu Chain gives priority to cross-chain compatibility, and at the same time deploys the delegated proof-share consensus. Security-oriented blockchains leverage their compatibility to provide real-time metrics of several network security states. Audited networks are assessed with a real-time, weighted, security score. The fairly high security rating means that these particular projects may be eligible for membership in CertiKShield, a flexible, decentralized compensation system for any crypto assets lost or stolen due to security concerns.
The CTK token is the native utility token of the platform, which has the following use cases:
Payment of transaction fees for smart contract interactions;
Token pledge for participation in network consensus;
Participation in security Rewards for the oracle network;
CertiKShield’s asset collateralization and loss reimbursement;
Voting for network governance.
