DEBASE-Debase Detailed Description

Debaseonomics is a combination of elastic supply token DEBASE and governance token DEGOV, which together solve the fundamental problems faced by elastic supply tokens. 100% of tokens are distributed through guards and "stabilizer pools" to promote fairness and decentralization. DEBASE is an elastic supply token whose characteristics (price target, price oracle, rebase lag, etc.) are parameterized, controlled through governance, and whose value is stabilized through a "stabilizer pool".
