DEGOV-Degov Detailed Description

DEGOV is the governance token of Debaseonomics, which can be used to vote on the parameters of DEBASE, the pool of stabilizers, and other governance parameters (quorum threshold, execution delay, etc.). The token allows users to propose new protocols or vote on modifications proposed by other users.
