PoW is a fully decentralized, open-source project that requires no developer assignments. Every PoW needs to be obtained through mining, no PoW is given for free or can be pre-mined in advance. PoW uses the exact same mining mechanism as Bitcoin, and also uses dynamic rewards to incentivize miners. The PoW contract is keyless, and the total amount is only 21 million.
