New Pay Five is a blockchain alliance public chain, which uses payment as an interface to reshape the payment ecology, create currency payment, aggregate payment, cross-border payment, and legal currency payment. New Pay Five is owned by the Morgan Foundation, and established the NP5 Community Operation Center to be responsible for New Pay Five's global operations. The NP5 Community Operation Center will set up 12 super community operation centers around the world: Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, New York, Jeju Island, Tokyo , Saipan, Bangkok, Las Vegas, Moscow, Dubai, Johannesburg, Shenzhen. The technologies related to New Pay Five are designed and developed by the technology company under Prosperity Capital Holdings entrusted by the Morgan Foundation. New Pay Five took 18 months from design to development, with a total investment of 10 million yuan. The development is scheduled to be completed in September 2019, and the main network will be officially launched after the completion of the main network test in March 2020.
