RNDX-Round X Detailed Description

RNDX will serve as a voice on the platform rather than just a currency. If a user with a certain amount of RNDX wants to set up a proposal for a vote on a new service, a user competition in a specific field, or even other ideas, the user can suggest a vote in the DAO's qualified user group. Eligibility criteria will first be set by the project, but can also be adjusted later by the DAO operator.
