The RSGL project uses overseas real estate products as tokens and sells them in the form of asset-based tokens to guide new real estate commercialization and to cope with the current social changes in the domestic real estate investment market. The sale of the real estate will take place on behalf of the RSGL coin buyer, and if the promised return is achieved at the time of purchase, the sale will take place automatically. Rental income is paid on a 6-month basis and the sale price is paid upon sale. Investors of RSGL coins can cash out with RSGL coins on listed exchanges.
