The total number of Bitcoins is 21 million. One Bitcoin can be subdivided into 100 million satoshis (satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin), for a total of 2100 trillion sats. Here we must first understand the inscription, which is created by writing content to the satoshi using the Ordinals protocol. Inscriptions do not require the use of separate tokens, sidechains, or changes to Bitcoin; what the Ordinals protocol does is write information to each Satoshi, such as text, images, audio, video, etc. Due to the size limit of Bitcoin blocks, the main information inscribe (i.e. mint coinage) is text and pictures, in the form of NFT and token.
