SMA-Small Coin Detailed Description

SMA (Small Coin) is inspired by the tip culture, based on the Ethereum ERC2.0 protocol, the current pure P2P cryptocurrency scheme, but the old transactions can be forgotten by the network. At this point, we propose one in which nodes only need the latest part of the blockchain to sync with the network, which we call a "mini-blockchain". Small coin rewards will be applied to global partners such as Facebook and Twitter.
