True Seigniorage Dollar (TSD) is an algorithmic stablecoin that aims to be the reserve currency of decentralized finance. TSD uses a variety of mechanisms to form an agreement, and its functions are:
Decentralization - can only be upgraded through on-chain token governance;
Self-stabilization - using on-chain price predictions;
Synthesizable - The token is a regular ERC-20 token that acts as a stablecoin and governance token.
