How to Participate:

• Step 1: Click the [Register Now] button on the activity page to confirm your participation.

• Step 2: Share your unique Lite Referral ID/Link with a friend who has not registered with Binance. Ensure that they sign up with Binance and complete identity verification during the Promotion Period.  

• Step 3: Get a 6 USDT token voucher for yourself and your referral when they successfully complete cumulative trades on any Spot or Convert trading pairs that are worth at least $60 equivalent during the Promotion Period.

• Both referrers and referrals may each unlock the 6 USDT token voucher reward only after referrals successfully complete identity verification and cumulative trades on any Spot or Convert trading pairs that are worth at least $60 equivalent during the Promotion Period.

• Each referrer can earn up to 60 USDT in token voucher from a maximum of ten successful referrals in this Promotion.

• The 6 USDT token voucher rewards are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. A total of 600 referrer-referral pairs will qualify to receive the 6 USDT token voucher rewards.

Terms & Conditions:

• Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred participants.

• Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from the Standard Referral Mode.

• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this Promotion. Spot trades and Convert trades that are completed with a sub-account will not count toward the cumulative trading requirement. In addition, deposits made via a sub-account, third-party payment method or account transfer will not count toward the deposit task requirement.  

• While referrers may redeem one Trading Fee Rebate Voucher reward for every referral who signs up for a Binance account with their Lite Referral ID/Link and successfully completes the deposit task, referrers can only claim a maximum of 60 USDT in token voucher in this Promotion. 

• Binance will use the real-time fiat currency to USD foreign exchange rates for calculating the USD value of deposits via fiat channels, as well as the price of the USDT trading pair at trading time to calculate the value of the cryptocurrency deposit and/or cryptocurrency trade completed during the Promotion Period. If there is no USDT pair for a specific cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or coin with a USDT pair to determine its value. 

• 6 USDT Token Voucher Rewards:

  • In order for referrers and their respective referrals to be eligible for 6 USDT token voucher rewards, referrers must click the [Register Now] button to confirm their participation during the Promotion Period.

  • Referrers must complete identity verification within seven days after the Promotion ends to claim the 6 USDT token voucher rewards.

  • Token voucher rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 20 working days after the Promotion ends. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.

  • The validity period for the voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• Deposit Task Rewards (i.e., Up to 1,000 USDT in Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers)

  • Both referrers and referrals must complete identity verification within seven days after the trading fee rebate voucher is available, for any party to redeem the corresponding trading fee rebate voucher rewards. 

  • Trading fee rebate vouchers will be distributed within 48 hours after users complete identity verification. Both referrers and referrals will be able to log in and redeem their trading fee rebate voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.

  • Trading fee rebate vouchers will expire within seven days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a trading fee rebate voucher.

  • Please note that the trading fee rebate vouchers will be valid for 14 days upon activation.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the Promotion. This includes bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activity in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

• At Binance's sole discretion, user participation will be considered without effect and users will automatically be excluded, disqualified and prevented from accumulating benefits, in cases where it is identified: 

  • Any violations of Binance's Terms of Use and its Compliance Policies, as well as attempted or proven fraud, human and/or through the use of technology; 

  • Manipulation of results or failure to fulfill the requirements and provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions; 

  • Completion, by the user, of incorrect, outdated, mistaken information or filled with untrue information, and may also be liable for the crime of ideological or documental falsehood; 

  • Registrations and participations for which any technological means have been used or there are indications of their use, whether electronic, computerized, digital, robotic, repetitive, automatic, mechanical and/or analogous, with the intention of automatic and/or repetitive reproduction of registrations, identical or not, which will also result in the nullity of all registrations and participations made by the user who has used one of the aforementioned means or for one of the aforementioned purposes, even if not all registrations or participations have resulted from the use of such means and/or were carried out with such purpose.
