Event 1: Inviters Only – Split 20,000 USDT When Your Invitee Trades Futures on Registration Day

• You'll be eligible to share a prize pool of 20,000 USDT once you successfully bring in a valid invitee during the event period.
• An Inviter's Reward = (Number of Valid Invitees the Inviter Brings during the Event Period / Total Number of Valid Invitees during the Event Period) × Prize Pool
• The more valid invitees you refer, the higher your rewards. Each inviter can earn up to 100 USDT.

Valid invitees: Those (new users) who sign up on HTX during the event period and complete futures trades of ≥300 USDT on the registration day.

Event 2: New Users Only – Earn Up to 100 USDT After Trading Futures on Registration Day

• New users who sign up on HTX through an inviter's referral link during the event period will become eligible for a chance to share a 20,000 USDT prize pool by completing futures trades of ≥300 USDT on the registration day.
• A New User's Reward = (New User’s Futures Trading Volume on Registration Day / Total Futures Trading Volume of All New Users on Registration Day) × Prize Pool.
• New users with higher futures trading volume on the registration day will receive higher rewards. Each new user can earn up to 100 USDT.

This event does not conflict with the Mystery Box rewards. After the invitee trades 300 USDT in futures, both the inviter and the invitee will receive a Mystery Box. Please claim it by navigating to Referral > Bonus (USDT) > Earning Details > Mystery Box.

Notes:

• This event is exclusively available to average users and their invitees. HTX Affiliates and their invitees, as well as users who sign up on HTX without using a referral link, are not eligible to participate.
• Since the event rewards are calculated based on a proportion, the amount awarded to winners will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
• If abnormal behavior is detected in an invitee, neither the invitee nor their inviter will be eligible for rewards. Similarly, if an inviter engages in abnormal behavior, they will forfeit their eligibility for rewards.
• Inviters cannot win rewards from both Event 1 and the referral campaign "High-Tier Referral Benefits for Inviters: Earn 20 USDT by Referring 3 New Users to HTX" simultaneously. If an inviter qualifies for rewards from both events, only the reward with the higher amount will be distributed.
• Trading volumes will be counted, excluding trades made using spot cashback vouchers, as well as trades with zero or negative fees.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Participants are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete the verification before the event ends will result in the forfeiture of rewards.
• Rewards will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 7 working days after the event ends. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
