Binance is excited to announce two new promotions for liquidity providers who qualify for Tier 1 of the Spot Liquidity Provider Program or  Tiers 1 - 3 of the USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Program at any point from 2023-06-05 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-07-09 23:59 (UTC).

Eligible liquidity providers participating in the promotion for the Spot Liquidity Provider Program will stand a chance to receive 3,000 USDT in token vouchers, while those participating in the promotion for the USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Program can qualify for a fee tier upgrade.

Promotion Period: 2023-07-10 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-07-16 23:59 (UTC)

Depending on whether they qualify for the above tiers in the Spot or USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Programs at any point from 2023-06-05 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-07-09 23:59 (UTC), eligible liquidity providers need to confirm their participation and increase their respective weekly trading volume on Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program or Binance USDⓈ-M Futures Liquidity Provider Program during the Promotion Period by at least 0.1% in comparison to the previous week (i.e., 2023-07-03 00:00 UTC to 2023-07-09 23:59 UTC).

Please note that liquidity providers who are participating in both the Spot and USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Programs at any time during the aforementioned timeframe, can choose to participate in one promotion only when confirming their participation via the form.

Qualified liquidity providers in each Liquidity Provider program will then be ranked by the week-on-week increase in the proportion of their trading volume on Binance Spot or Binance Futures over the total spot or futures trading volume attained by all liquidity providers in the corresponding program during the Promotion Period. 

The top five liquidity providers in each Liquidity Provider Program will be eligible to receive rewards, as shown in the table below:

Terms & Conditions:

• These promotions are only available to users who qualify as liquidity providers in Tier 1 of the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program, and users who qualify as liquidity providers in Tiers 1-3 of the USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Program at any point between 2023-06-05 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-07-09 23:59 (UTC). 

• Only qualified liquidity providers who confirm their participation via the form will be eligible to receive any rewards. 

• Each user will be eligible to receive a maximum of one reward from either promotion. Please note that users who are liquidity providers in both the Spot and USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Programs at any time between 2023-06-05 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-07-09 23:59 (UTC), can participate in one promotion only.

• The promotions may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.

• Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance Spot and Binance Futures trading services in each country from which the services are accessed.

• Rewards Distribution:

  • Winners will be notified via email and inmail within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

  • Token vouchers will be distributed to eligible liquidity providers within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period. Users will be able to login and redeem their vouchers via Profile > Rewards Hub.

  • The validity period for the voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

  • The fee tier upgrades for eligible liquidity providers who participate in the promotion for the USDⓢ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Program, will be automatically updated at 2023-07-25 00:00 (UTC). The fee tier upgrades will be effective from 2023-07-25 00:00 (UTC) till 2023-07-31 23:59 (UTC).

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation).

• Binance reserves the right to determine and/or amend or vary these Terms & Conditions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done at its sole discretion for any reason, including:

  • Changes in applicable regulations or policies;

  • Obligations arising out of law or decisions issued by common courts or public administration;

  • Anti-money laundering or combating financing terrorism rules;

  • Technical issues beyond our control;

  • Necessity to protect users from potential losses;

  • Necessity to protect Binance from the loss of reputation;

  • Extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
