CarrotCake is inspired by the most successful algorithmic stablecoin on Binance Smart Chain: bDollar. CarrotCake is a multi-token protocol consisting of three tokens: cCAKE (an algorithmic token pegged to CAKE); CarrotCake Shares (sCAKE), where holders can claim cCAKE inflation as the network expands; and CarrotCake Bonds (bCAKE), which can be purchased when the network is in a contraction period, and can be exchanged for cCAKE when the network is in a deflation period and the price is lower than CAKE.
The CarrotCake protocol is an experimental project and the first algorithmic token pegged to CAKE, which can generate cCAKE tokens running on Binance Smart Chain.
